When you persevere through a trial, God gives you a special measure of insight. You become the recipient of the favor of God as He gives to you, and those who suffer with you, something that would not be learned otherwise.
Jessica still remains in ICU. We are praying that after this much needed rest, God will answer the following prayers for her:
1) That the rest she received was restorative and recuperative.
2) That her vision will be restored back to normal.
3) That the pain she was experiencing will be gone.
4) That God will answer her Christmas wish: "To Be Well!"
"He will redeem my soul in peace from the battle which is against me". Psalm 55:18
In God's love, always

While we pray for Jessica, we remember that - "He gives strength to those who are tired and more power to those who are weak." Isaiah 40:29. Hoping Jessica rests and improves.

May these Christmas wishes/miracles come true.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the memory of your brother today. I often think of my loved ones in heaven with fond memories and somehow that keeps them alive and well in my world too!
Hope you have been recuperating as well as it is hard to be the constant caregiver. May God restore you as he is restoring Jessica

Lost in my thoughts of memories of our loved ones that we miss. But have peace in knowing that they enjoy the beauty of heaven.
ReplyDeleteAs we enjoy the miracle of the birth of our Lord, may God give Jessica the miracles she needs to be pain free.

Dear Gina and Jessica
ReplyDeleteIn this season of advent as we prepare for our Savior's birth, I pray for miracles for Jessica just like the miracle of our Lord Jesus Christ. I pray that she comes out of ICU stronger, in less pain, and with hope that these trials she's enduring will not last forever.
God Bless,
Jenn
We also pray that God will answer Jessicas Christmas wish "To Be Well".
